All main living areas, kitchens and hallways have floors of high specification hardwood flooring, finished in either Walnut or Dark Oak. All bedrooms have carpets which extend into fitted wardrobes.

Windows

All windows are polyester powder coated, easy clean and low energy double glazed, with stainless ironmongery.

Finishing Touches

All internal doors have chrome finished lever handled ironmongery. All ceilings are smooth skimmed finish in matt white emulsion and walls are finished in porcelain white emulsion. Skirtings and window sills are finished in satinwood white. All internal doors are in white oak veneer and are half hour fire resistant.

Balconies

Galvanised steel balconies are painted or polyester powder coated with natural timber decking. The balustrades are of glass and stainless steel.

Security / Access

Security is well provided for at 12 Balham Park Road. Visitor access to the apartments is via a video monitored vandal proof intercom fixed adjacent to main access points and the vehicle gate. Entry to the underground car park is achieved by radio transmitter. Apartment front doors are equipped with high specification locks, spy holes and doorbells. Each flat is fitted with a smoke detector and a heat detector.

Communal Areas

An 8 person passenger lift serves all apartments, including the underground car park. Common areas, including stairs, lobbies and corridors are fully carpeted.
